A glance at #COVIDActionCollab's Oxygen Round Table

#CovidActionCollab set up a roundtable discussion with experts from different sectors on June 5th, 2021 to understand the lessons gained from the first and second wave, how oxygen demand is shaping up today, what are the main challenges that lie in the safe procurement and distribution of oxygen, how we can start preparing for the third wave and find a sustainable, long term solution. This document is a summary of the main topics of discussion.


Get us to the finish line of completing a 90-bed hospital for Government of Karnataka

Swasti is setting up a 90 bed modular hospital within the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Chest Diseases, which will function as part of the existing Institute. This facility will be used for care provision for COVID in the coming year and in future will provide care for people who come to this facility; it is right next to 2 other Govt. hospitals (NIMHANS and Sanjay Gandhi Trauma Centre)
