Community Based Care & Support for COVID-19

Swasti works with the most poor and marginalized communities in India partnering them to make health and well-being real. To break the chain of COVID-19 transmission, it is imperative to provide the most marginalized with practical solutions to isolate and receive care through, Community Care Centers, Home quarantine kits and HelloSwasti
PCMH Restore Health, Noora Health, Logistimo and CloudPhysician share their innovative tools for COVID-19 response. As the number of COIVD-19 cases expand in India the private sector will inevitably start to play a bigger role in referral and treatment of patients. This is already the case in several larger cities and metros. This webinar is aimed at introducing various innovative solutions and tools that have been developed by our partners which could be useful to support patient care and logistics management during this pandemic. We hope that the webinar will help generate ideas of how one can use or adapt some of these solutions within your clinics and hospitals and help make connections to partners providing these solutions and tools.
