Disaster response plans need to incorporate a disability lens at every level in order to effectively include people with disabilities: whether in research, communication, institutional preparedness, logistics and supply chain, finance and community outreach. This document, published by International Disability Alliance, provides systems-level guidance for a disability-sensitive response and is useful for planners and administrators.
